Creamy Garlic Paprika Shrimp

Ingredients 450g-500g Raw Wild Red or Argentinian shrimp or prawns (washed,peeled and deveined) 1 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Butter 1/2 tbsp Garlic, minced or paste 1 Small Red bell pepper, finely diced 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Onion granules 1 tbsp Smoked paprika 1/4 tsp Salt & ground black pepper, or to taste 1 tbsp Tomato purée 1/3 cup Double cream 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2–3 tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method – Step 1 – On medium heat, to a pan, add the oil and butter. Once melted add the garlic and tomato purée, sauté for 2 minutes. Now add the peppers and sauté further for 2-3 minutes. Next add the dry seasonings, and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Step 2 – Bring the heat down to low, stir in the cream and add the shrimp. Gently stir and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp has cooked through.

Step 3 – Add lemon juice and stir. Garnish with lots of fresh parsley and serve! Enjoy!
